Dammam Development company has signed Management agreements with Accor International, a French company specializing in the field of hospitality, including Sofitel, Novatel, IBIS and etc Under this agreement, Dammam Development Company will construct IBIS and Adagio which will be managed by Accor International. The main objective of the development of these two hotels is to diversify the company’s investments and to engage in the income-generating business. The reason behind selecting the IBIS and Adagio brand is to cover the market demand for the economic Hotels. Both hotels are located in Qishleh Road in Khobar City.
